Our initial 5-minute telephone consultation is provided free of charge as an introductory technical evaluation. Engaging in a phone call or submitting a callback request does not form a binding long-term contract or agency relationship until a formal statement of work (SOW) is mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property & Game Assets

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of your intellectual property. Any storylines, character dialogue, narrative branches, game scripts, lore bibles, or technical repository data you describe, share, or discuss during phone calls remains your sole proprietary property.

Candy Dialogue Studio LLC claims zero ownership, licensing rights, or claims over your creative or technical work resulting from verbal consultations.

3. Telephone Communications & Callback Requests

By dialing our hotline (512) 842-7914 or submitting your phone number via our online callback form, you consent to receive direct verbal communication from our technical advisory team.

• We will never initiate unsolicited robotic automated telemarketing calls or SMS spam.
• Communications are strictly relevant to the game dialogue inquiry or architectural challenge you submitted.
• You may terminate any telephone call at your sole discretion at any time.

4. Professional Opinion Disclaimer

Advice and technical architecture recommendations delivered during phone consultations represent professional industry opinions based on current game industry standards (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Yarn Spinner, Ink). Because software environments, compiler configurations, and game codebases vary extensively, you are responsible for testing and validating any code or architecture before deploying it into production releases.

5. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to use our telephone line or website for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purpose. Submitting automated submissions, false phone numbers, or disruptive calls to our advisory desk is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate blocking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Candy Dialogue Studio LLC and its officers, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or reliance upon verbal advisory suggestions.
